Human Appearance

Eye Color: His right eyes looks like a Cut gemstone made out of ruby. His left eyes is the color fresh Mint naturally.
Hair Color: Deep blue black hair.

Distinguishing Marks: His left ear is pierced multiple times, none in the actual lobe of the ear, but starting along the outer edge are three small hoops going up the edge. From there are multiple studs before ending at the top crest of his ear with another small hoop.

Going up his back are seven unique symbols. He had them placed there for what they represent and what order they fall in.

Something of an 'odd ball', his nails are grown long enough to file down into points and black....some would argue painted some would argue....they simply are. He's a mixed blood half Kasai and half normal human due to this his eyes reflect both natures and yet they will both glow despite the human appearance of his one eye.

Attitude/Personality: Mad, crazy, demented many would call him these things and so much more. None like to see him coming. Want him to leave the room which the 'Chairman' seems to be forever sealed up in anymore. Stating that if he leaves the room it's not going to be fun. Musa is considered to be a mad man much more so then Mugo by all who are beneath him and that is absolutely everyone who has ever taken the Hunter's exam and had to deal with him. He does not care for boring things if there boring him even if it's something about himself he'll cut it away. Throwing it aside to the trash but that being said if someone who works in his 'inner circle' beings to bore him he will cut away as well.

Insanely powerful it's rumored that nothing out there be it man or beast can touch him. He finds that notion highly amusing but also very troubling because he knows that as time passes things change and new talent arises and in that new talent there are always those who could very well climb in power enough to challenge him. No one is quiet sure of Neo's true age....how long he's been at the top of the Hunter's Association but one thing is for sure. Neo does not like leaving the main room of the tower unless he has to. The other is that for as crazy as he seems he's not stupid nor is he reckless. Ranks S/4 and Below can hold onto there cushy Bounty Hunter title maintaining there freedoms and traveling about without restrictions or leashes to hold them back. Ranks S/0 through S/3 are the only ranks officially recognized by the Association as 'Mark Hunters' and stay generally at home base that is to say new talent hasn't climbed up that could fit into Rank S/3 thru rank S/1 but.....those ranks are held by one person at a time for one thing and the other....Musa has purposely in the past and will continue to do so take someone who should have ranked higher and knock them back to a lower more appropriate rank in that same grouping depending on personality traits and dangers of any set limitations. He may be a 'mad-man' but he is not a stupid one.

Special Abilities:
Fenghuang (simplified Chinese: 凤凰; traditional Chinese: 鳳凰; pinyin: fènghuáng) are mythological birds of East Asia that reign over all other birds. The males were originally called feng and the females huang but such a distinction of gender is often no longer made and they are blurred into a single feminine entity so that the bird can be paired with the Chinese dragon, which is deemed male.

The fenghuang is also called the "August Rooster" (simplified Chinese: 鹍鸡; traditional Chinese: 鶤雞; pinyin: kūnjī) since it sometimes takes the place of the Rooster in the Chinese zodiac.[citation needed] In the West, it is commonly referred to as the Chinese phoenix or simply Phoenix, although mythological similarities between the two birds are no more than superficial.

Its body symbolizes the six celestial bodies. The head is the sky, the eyes are the sun, the back is the moon, the wings are the wind, the feet are the earth, and the tail is the planets. Its feathers contain the five fundamental colors: black, white, red, blue and yellow. It is sometimes depicted as having three legs.[citation needed] It is believed that the bird only appears in areas or places that are blessed with utmost peace and prosperity or happiness.

Also during this period, the fenghuang was used as a symbol representing the direction south. This was portrayed through a male and female facing each other. Their feathers were of the five fundamental colors: black, white, red, green, and yellow. These colors are said to represent Confucius' five virtues:

Ren: the virtue of benevolence, charity, and humanity;
Yi: honesty and uprightness; Yì may be broken down into zhong, doing one's best, conscientiousness, loyalty and shù: the virtue of reciprocity, altruism, consideration for others
Zhi: knowledge
Xin: faithfulness and integrity;
Li: correct behavior, propriety, good manners, politeness, ceremony, worship

They the children of the Phoenix as they are called have jewel like eyes that glow.....

Eyes of Scarlet Flame: When a member of the Kasai clan becomes enraged, their eyes seem to burn and ignite from inside looking as if back lit with flame the more vivid the eye color the more intense the effect. Wither they are blue, green, black or in Kicha's case....Scarlet for which the gift is named for. Not only do the Kasai clan have eyes that glow what sets them apart the most is the fact that there eyes look like gemstones...the iris's are set like crystals. When this happens, their physical strength increases dramatically, to the point that even a child can gain the upper hand in terms of speed and strength against three adults, and easily overpower them.

  • Sahasrara-(The Crown Chakra)- This Chakra is in the end what enables him to hold so much energy, radiating unending and immense it flows about him into him and back out again. In an seemingly endless loop. This Chakra denotes wisdom and high intellegence he can glean vast amount of information in a matter of moments.


  • Ajna- (The Third Eye Chakra) Born with his third eye not only open and looking out but with it aware and constantly learning and adapting to what is around him. They say that Narumi is a poltergiest and he is....but as things go he is a 'baby giest) Where as Musa is the fully deal.


  • Vishuddha- (The Throat Chakra) Based on Communication and Healing, this one allows him to do both he can speak with anyone he has come into contact however briefly no matter the distance as if he was standing in the room with them not to be confused with Astral projection, thought form and even telepathy as they would pale against this. Vishuddha also enables him to rapidly recover and heal from most dangerous and otherwise fatal and deadly fights and injuries.


  • Anahata- (The Heart Chakra) Balance love connections he can not capable of being lost, confused, being tossed off center or even knocked down to the ground. Anahata is warmth allowing him to survive in conditions that would otherwise freeze him to death.


  • Manipura-(The Navel Chakra) This is the one that makes him so very dangerous to all around him...It is the Chakra of energy and Vitality it is the one of allows him to convert many things into energy but much, much more then that....


  • Aji (味{Taste})- Neo is an odd man he can actually 'Taste' the power of those around him when in use, as it brushes up against his body and skin his power allows him to learn it, it's highs it's lows. It's strengths and weakness's.


  • Shōhi Shimasu 消費します (Consume)- If he comes into contact with either the person or the power he can consume it, and thus gain the power for a short period of time usually lasting two to three days depending on how strong the person is and how powerful the skill was that he consumed. For example if he was to 'consume' someone D Rank the powers would last half a day, C rank A full day, B rank two days A rank for three days and S Rank for four days. Before fading out. However the power does not leave the Owner of the power. He just gains a bit of it as if consuming it's essence and able to use it.


  • Kuiiruyōni mimasu 食い入るように見ます (Devour)- This is the most nasty technique in his arsenal. This power allows him to completely devour and make his any power he wishes so long as the terms are met and it doesn't matter if the person who Originally held the power dies.....the power remains his till the day he himself dies. However if he should die before the person whose power he devoured does the power will naturally return to the owner. Because of the Nature of this power he has placed Limiters on the power. Neo may seem like a mad man.....but there is a reason for his madness.  

    • 1. Kuiiruyoni Mimasu can not be used against anyone unless the person has challenged him to a fight.


    • 2. The person who he is fighting must be actively using the power in order for him to devour it. He can not simply devour all of the others powers. For example if the person is using Pyrokenisis, but has Geo and Aerokensis he can only take from them the Pryokensis. He can not take the other two because they are not being used.


    • 3. IN order to Devour the power he must come into contact with one of the 'Karma Sutra' points of the body, ergo the mouth, wrists, foreheads third eye and be able to maintain that connection for five minutes.


    • 4. If his contact with the person is broken before the five minutes are up it counts as Consume and not Devour there for he can use the 'stolen' power but it is not his to keep.


    • 5. He can not Devour the same power twice. Even if the second person's power with it is more powerful then the first. Once Devoured he is stuck with the power he has consumed.




  • Svadhisthana-(Below the Naval Chakra) - This one allows him if he every actually used it to form bonding lasting permanent relationships and trust. It also has to do with sexuality, he can restore any and all lost energy and strength though physical contact without consuming anyone's power. Just touching being held coming together with someone is enough to restore his strength to last for decades if he's not using his powers.


  • Muladhara- (The base of spine Chakra) He can not be uprooted, he can not be knocked down and he is like a living breathing juggernaut.....that is while his feet touch the ground. While he's touching the ground it's as if his roots or energy runs very deep and perhaps it does for Neo lives in a self imposed prison of his own creation one in which is he leaves and breaks contact with for two long....everything he has anchored himself there for will become undone.


Basic Abilities
Immense Strength- Musa is incredibly strong, ranking 1rd in the Hunter Association upper S Ranked in terms of physical strength (which is composed of 4  of the most powerful PK users known). He can shatter rock and send a block of solid rock flying with a single kick.

Enhanced Speed and Reflexes- One of the pillars of his distinctive fighting style is his speed, matched with his surgical-like accuracy.

Enhanced Agility- Musa is very agile, as he can attack from any position.

Enhanced Stamina- Musa has never been seen tired after any of his fights, even after severe physical effort, mental strain and PK consumption.

Immense Resistance to Pain- Musa appears impervious to pain, which seems to leave him unfazed when minimal and bring him pleasure when very intense. Though blows still damage him, they can't slow him down or incapacitate him. His inhuman resistance, coupled with what looks like a total disregard for his own life and an unquenchable battle frenzy, makes him seemingly unstoppable.

Formidable Coordination- His coordination may be considered the core of both of his offensive and defensive power. Thanks to it, he can adapt to any fighting style he faces and avoid most of the threats he may encounter. He is able to grab knives out of the air or catch a PK reinforced ball with the destructive capacity of a cannon ball.

Immense Perception- Musa has proven to be able to sense not only the presence, but also the position of people hidden, even Killian's, whose degree of proficiency at it is described by friends as being perfect. It should be noted that he can be unable to notice that a person tailing him if he's in a terrible mental state because he hasn't killed anyone for so long. Partially thanks to his vast fighting experience, Mugo is capable of discerning a person's potential just by looking at them; on one occasion, he detected a very strong individual nearby and measured his strength without even seeing him.

Excellent Strategist- Musa is very observant and able to guess the amount of strength a person possess, their talent and even future heights by simply looking at them.

Musa can often tell what an opponent is thinking and how he will react at his moves. He can plan whole battles beforehand and prepare his victory right after the get-go. Furthermore his deviousness and volatility has prevented many opponents from anticipating his next move, and this has led him to win many battles.

Furthermore, Combining his twisted genius with his prestigiatori skills, Musa can set very elaborate and effective traps, often using Telekinesis to conceal his attacks. His tricks usually don't get discovered until after they are already in use. Instead of fearing pain, he sometimes seeks it, as a memento of his opponent. Summed up, what makes Musa such a dangerous opponent is his unpredictability.

  • Technokinesis- The ability to control to control and/or manipulate machines.


  • Telekinesis- The ability to move objects with your mind. Often used interchangeably with the term psychokinesis, however psychokinesis is actually the umbrella term under which all the various "kinesises" resides.


    • Levitation- The ability to cause objects or ones own body to hover above the ground without the use of any type of lifting mechanism.




  • Tychokinesis- The ability to mentally and alter stochastic fields, which affect the chance of one event or another, thus generating good or bad luck.


  • Umbrakinesis- The ability to control light to create shadow. Subcategory of photokinesis.

  • Clairsentience- A "knowing" of hidden events. Can involved "knowing" past, present or future events.


  • Divination-
  • An umbrella term under which all types of "knowing" past, present or future events are housed.


  • Dowsing- The use of pendulums, rods or sticks to locate water or lost objects.


  • Empathy- The ability to sense or feel the emotions and needs of others.


  • E.S.P.- Often used as an umbrella term to cover many forms of psychic abilities.


  • Intuition- A "knowing" of hidden events, often used interchangeably with the term clairsentience.


  • Precognition-
  • The ability to know the future if those involved stay upon the path they are currently on. It should be noted that the future is not static. Changes can be made today that will change the future that has been forseen.


  • Psychometry- The ability to sense, read or interpret the energy signal left on an item by someone that has dealt with the item in the past.


  • Telepathy-
  • Often called mind reading. Can be one person reading another's mind or mind to mind communication between two people.

Fighting Skills
Shorinji Kempo ("Shaolin Temple Fist Law")- a Japanese martial art which considered as the modified version of Shaolin Kungfu. It was established in 1947 by Doshin So (宗 道臣), a Japanese martial artist and former military intelligence agent.

Shorinji Kempo is a system of "self-defense training" (護身錬鍛), "mental training" (精神修養) and "promoting health" (健康増進), whose training methods are based on the concept that "spirit and body are not separable" (心身一如) and that it is integral to "train both body and spirit" (拳禅一如).

Through employing a well-organized technical training schedule (科目表), Shorinji Kempo claims to help the practitioner "establish oneself" (自己確立) and to promote "mutual comfort" (自他共楽). The philosophy and techniques of Shorinji Kempo are outlined in their handbook, (少林寺拳法教範) Shōrinji-kempō-kyōhan.

Shōrinji Techniques

Gōhō (剛法)- "Hard methods" or physical attacks which include:

Tsuki (突き)- strikes.

Keri (蹴り)- kicks.

Uchi (打ち)- hammers.

Kiri (切り)- cuts.

Kawashi (かわし)- evasions.

Jūhō (柔法)-  "Soft methods", meaning techniques to use when an opponent grabs hold of you. These techniques include:

Shuhō (守法)- "Defense methods" used to defend against grabbing or grappling techniques.

Nuki Waza (抜き技)- "Release techniques" used to cause the opponent to release the user of this technique when they're grabbed ahold of.

Gyaku Waza (逆技)- "Reverse techniques" used to reverse the opponents hold when they grab the user of this technique, thus making the user the one who has hold of their opponent.

Nage Waza (投技)- "Throwing techniques" used to throw the opponent when  they grab the user of this technique.

Katame Waza (固技)- "Pins" used to pin opponent to keep them from moving when they grab the user of this technique.

Seihō (整法)- This technique's name roughly means "correcting methods" and is techniques to recover the body. In essence, it means acupressure massage and simple forms of bone correcting (primarily the spine).

Champloo- simply a fighting style that takes bits and pieces from all forms of martial arts and breaking (or break-dancing) while making up the rest on-the-go or 'On-the-fly'. The user must have some knowledge of all forms of martial arts to use this ability.

Taijutsu-  (体術?, literally "body technique" or "body skill") is a Japanese blanket term for any combat skill, technique or system of martial art using body movements that are described as an empty-hand combat skill or system. The term is commonly used when referring to a traditional Japanese martial art but has also been used in the naming of modern martial arts such as Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu. More specific names than Taijutsu are typically used when describing a martial art, such as Jujutsu (focusing on throwing, grappling, and striking), Judo (focusing on throwing and grappling), Aikido (focusing on throwing and joint locks) as well as Karate and Kenpo (focusing on striking).

Muay Thai- 'Muai Thai' is a combat sport from the muay martial arts of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This physical and mental discipline which includes combat on foot is known as "the art of eight limbs" because it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, shins and feet, being associated with a good physical preparation that makes a full-contact fight very efficient. Muay Thai became popular in the sixteenth century, but became widespread internationally only in the twentieth century, when practitioners defeated notable practitioners of other martial arts.

Chinese Kenpo/Kung Fu- "Kung-fu" is a primarily unarmed Chinese martial art resembling karate.Wudang Martial Arts were created based on the Taoist ideology. Taoism holds that there are basic, everlasting and supernatural principles in the earth which are called “Tao” suggesting softness, quietness, emptiness, unification, fairness and harmony. All these can be presented according to Tai Chi, Yin and Yang, the Five Elements (water, gold, fire, wood and earth) and the Eight Diagrams tactics. Under the direction of these philosophical theories, this Kung Fu style gains good effects in the boxing and sword skills.

Jujustsu- A Japanese martial art and a method of close combat for defeating an armed and armored opponent in which one uses no weapon or only a short weapon. The word jujutsu is often spelled as jujitsu or ju-jitsu. It is also known as Japanese ju-jitsu.

"Jū" can be translated to mean "gentle, soft, supple, flexible, pliable, or yielding." "Jutsu" can be translated to mean "art" or "technique" and represents manipulating the opponent's force against himself rather than confronting it with one's own force. Jujutsu developed among the samurai of feudal Japan as a method for defeating an armed and armored opponent in which one uses no weapon, or only a short weapon. Because striking against an armored opponent proved ineffective, practitioners learned that the most efficient methods for neutralizing an enemy took the form of pins, joint locks, and throws. These techniques were developed around the principle of using an attacker's energy against him, rather than directly opposing it.

There are many variations of the art, which leads to a diversity of approaches. Jujutsu schools (ryū) may utilize all forms of grappling techniques to some degree (i.e. throwing, trapping, joint locks, holds, gouging, biting, disengagements, striking, and kicking). In addition to jujutsu, many schools teach the use of weapons.

Today, jujutsu is practiced in both traditional and modern sport forms. Derived sport forms include the Olympic sport and martial art of judo, which was developed by Kanō Jigorō in the late 19th century from several traditional styles of jujutsu, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, which was in turn derived from earlier (pre–World War II) versions of Kodokan judo.

Karate- A martial art developed in the Ryukyu Islands in what is now Okinawa, Japan. It was developed partially from the indigenous martial arts of Ryukyu Islands (called te (手, literally "hand") and from Chinese kenpo. Karate is a striking art using punching, kicking, knee strikes, elbow strikes and open hand techniques such as knife-hands, spear-hands,and palm-heel strikes. In some styles, grappling, throws, joint locks, restraints, and vital point strikes are also taught. A karate practitioner is called a karateka (空手家).

Hand-to-hand Combat- (sometimes abbreviated as HTH or H2H) is a lethal or non-lethal physical confrontation between two or more persons at very short range (grappling distance) that does not involve the use of firearms or other distance weapons. While the phrase "hand-to-hand" appears to refer to unarmed combat, the term is generic and may include use of striking weapons used at grappling distance such as knives, sticks, batons, or improvised weapons such as entrenching tools. While the term hand-to-hand combat originally referred principally to engagements by military personnel on the battlefield, it can also refer to any personal physical engagement by two or more combatants, including police officers and civilians.

Combat within close quarters (to a range just beyond grappling distance) is commonly termed close combat or close-quarters combat. It may include lethal and non-lethal weapons and methods depending upon the restrictions imposed by civilian law, military rules of engagement, or ethical codes. Close combat using firearms or other distance weapons by military combatants at the tactical level is modernly referred to as close quarter battle. The U.S. Army uses the term combatives to describe various military fighting systems used in hand-to-hand combat training, systems which may incorporate eclectic techniques from several different martial arts and combat sports.

Background
History:Neo with a team of ten hunters discovered that the original chairman had been up to something most foul. He had been summoning some sort of 20 armed octopus from the depths of the deepest pits and using the Hunter's exam to hide his feeding it the bodies of the dead in order to raise it into the world and give them something to fight and fear. His team fought the chairman who fell into the mouth of the beast and was devoured. So too was five of Neo's team. Neo and the others focused on sealing it up seven stories under ground but learned fast that it wasn't enough the other man had gotten too far and so Neo burned the Chakra circle into the stone seal much to his friends dismay and then stood there as it resonated with him forming the lock and key that would keep that monster sealed away from everyone and then he ended up becoming the next Chairman.

From there he gives the exams every year. There different each time so that on one can cheat. But he worries and is not happy this past year two very talented people walked thru both extremely strong in there own right and looking no doubt to climb the ranks but if they get to him....he will have his hands full stopping them from unseating him....This prison may be his choice but the monster was not. As such as much as he fears there climbing if they show exceptional potential he'll pit them against such odds they haven't seen and yet he will also pull rank and only allow them so far up the ladder.
