Attitude/Personality: Kanpekina is a very dark and serious person. He normally has a frown on his face, and is a man of few words. He doesn't like to socialize very much and would much rather spend his time cooped up in his room with his computers. He prefers to keep his distance from others and often comes across as aloof and elusive. Kan possess a rather cynical and even misanthropic view of the world around him, more often than not, belittling most of humanity around him. While he may be a very unsocial person, he's very reserved, quiet, and calm. Kanpekina is just as passionate and earnest as he is unsocial. He can be a very sensible, responsible, and mature individual.

Kanpekina tends to be very competitive and self-critical, causing him to be a very tense individual. He will strive toward goals without feeling a sense of joy in his efforts or accomplishments. Kanpekina has a high work involvement, but is easily ‘wound up’ and tends to overreact. He's also well known for being extremely skeptical about others and situations. While he may be cold and aloof, he can be very patient. However, he's also very strict on others and himself. He's as stubborn as a bull, but very loyal. Once he deems you to be a friend, he'll stick with you until the very end, meaning that he can also be very reliable. Often, he seems to be in a constant struggle against the clock. He's known for his multitasking skills.

Kanpekina is perhaps one of the most easy to anger or bring out his hostility, which he may or may not express overtly. He tends to see the worse in others, displaying anger, envy and a lack of compassion. When this behavior is expressed overtly (i.e. physical behavior) it generally involves aggression, and at its worse, overt hostility in the physical sense. This means that, as a fighter, he is very unbiased when it comes to his enemies. Especially if they've managed to anger him beforehand. He will show the same degree of ruthlessness to his foes regardless of age or gender. In essence, if he has tagged you as an enemy, you'd better be in your prime.

Despite all of his bad traits, Kanpekina is an overall cool and calm person. He seems aloof or cold at first, but if given time to warm up to you, he's a very loyal friend. He'll be happy to help friends if he can possibly do the job.

Abilities
Special Abilities:

  • Reiki- The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means “Universal Life” and (Ki) which means “Energy”. Reiki is the life energy that flows through all living things. Reiki Practitioners understand that everyone has the ability to connect with their own healing energy and use it to strengthen energy in themselves and help others. It is believed that a person’s “ki” or energy should be strong and free flowing. When this is true a person’s body and mind is in a positive state of health. When the energy becomes weak or blocked it could lead to symptoms of physical or emotional imbalance.

Reiki was originally developed as a spiritual healing art. Reiki is not affiliated with any particular religion or religious practice. It is not massage nor is it based on belief or suggestion. It is a subtle and effective form of energy work using spiritually guided life force energy.

  • Psy-Nen- Nen, Psy, Ki, Reiatsu, Chakra....no matter what you call it....is The ability to control his own 'life force' shaping and using it as a weapon to fight back against others. He is able to manifest his P.K in ways that are normally unheard of.  Nen is a unique form of P.K. manifestation among his people due to a unique form of training in P.K. upon testing a child and once discovered they begin learning how to fully open up their minds and bodies to the power.

  • Cyber Helix (サイバーヘリックス)- This is a specialist technique that only Kanpekina can use. This is a combination of Conjuration and Enhancement. The piercings in Kanpekina's body works as a catalyst, allowing him to conjure and enhance the properties of a machine. He can also manifest instruments such as mechanical, weapons, or wheels. Because it's conjuration, it's not limited to just reality. The only part of reality that this ability must stick to is the concept of metal and machinery.

  • Full-Dive (フルダイブ)- A specialization skill that allows Nerve to totally link up to any system and completely dive into its network becoming one with it. He has piercings on his body wrist nape of neck his back and hands that allow him to hook into any system they are all metal studs act as fiber optic links that hotwire him into any computer system.

  • Cyber-link (サイバーリンク)- A specialization skill that allows his body to form an data conversion from computer to reality in other words if he enters a game or other platform that means he has to learn certain skills he can then take those skills out into the real world as if he has had a couple of lifetimes of training in those particular skills.

  • Conversion (変換)- His body's neural network works much akin that of a computer he can go into any program and if a game he can transfer his data uncorrupted. This ability also allows him to take in-game gear and bring it out with him converting it from energy and particles to real material's.

Basic Abilities

  • Genius Intellect- Kanpekina is brilliant....He has the highest IQ known maxing out at 300, there is nothing he does not know with Computers, technology hardware you name it. He can access anything understand an build anything.....his mind is perhaps the worlds most powerful supercomputer and as such he can link to any source of machinery in fact the entire computer system that is so unique to Arclight tower that no one else in the country has it....was built solely by him.....it even if someone was to take it apart can not be replicated as it is far beyond anyone's time to understand and hacking it? You might as well give up the moment you start the system will hack you in a matter of seconds shut you down get your location and dispatch a league of Hunters to your doorstep.....it's not nice. But then again....you were the one who tried to access what you weren't allowed is the theory behind it.

  • Enhanced Speed and Reflexes- One of the pillars of his distinctive fighting style is his speed, matched with his surgical-like accuracy.

  • Enhanced Agility- Kanpekina is very agile, as he can attack from any position, moving as if he seemingly has not a single bone in his body...he can if he wants to freak people out bend himself in half and roll so that he his torso is coming up between his legs and wave.....what's more he can fight like that.....

  • Enhanced Stamina- Kanpekina has never been seen tired after any of his fights, even after severe physical effort, mental strain and PK consumption. He has been stuck by himself in a battle that lasted six days without sleep and alternating attackers in the end....he had killed them all without breaking a sweat and enjoying himself....earning him the nickname of 'madman walking'

  • Immense Resistance to Pain- Kanpekina appears impervious to pain, which seems to leave him unfazed when minimal and bring him pleasure when very intense. Though blows still damage him, they can't slow him down or incapacitate him. His inhuman resistance, coupled with what looks like a total disregard for his own life and an unquenchable battle frenzy, makes him seemingly unstoppable. He can take crippling bleed rending blows to the stomach and keep on fighting.

  • Formidable Coordination- His coordination may be considered the core of both of his offensive and defensive power. Thanks to it, he can adapt to any fighting style he faces and avoid most of the threats he may encounter. He is able to grab knives out of the air or catch a PK reinforced ball with the destructive capacity of a cannon ball.

  • Immense Perception- Kanpekina has proven to be able to sense not only the presence, but also the position of people hidden, even Killian's, whose degree of proficiency at it is described by friends as being perfect.  Partially thanks to his vast fighting experience, Kan is capable of discerning a person's potential just by looking at them; on one occasion, he detected a very strong individual nearby and measured his strength without even seeing him.

  • Excellent Strategist- Kan is very observant and able to guess the amount of strength a person possess, their talent and even future heights by simply looking at them.  Han can often tell what an opponent is thinking and how he will react at his moves. He can plan whole battles beforehand and prepare his victory right after the get-go. Furthermore his deviousness and volatility has prevented many opponents from anticipating his next move, and this has led him to win many battles.

Furthermore, Combining his twisted genius with his prestigious skills, Kan can set very elaborate and effective traps, often using Telekinesis to conceal his attacks. His tricks usually don't get discovered until after they are already in use. Instead of fearing pain, he sometimes seeks it, as a memento of his opponent. Summed up, what makes Kan such a dangerous opponent is his unpredictability.

  • Vishuddha (The Throat Chakra)- Based on Communication and Healing,Vishuddha enables him to rapidly recover and heal from most dangerous and otherwise fatal and deadly fights and injuries. Despite what many may think Nerve can not manipulate Chakra at all his Vishuddha Chakra has been opened and allowed to heal like this by his 'Father' Neo who opened it and manipulated it because Nerve kept getting seriously hurt and broken bones due to massive ingestion of Kereblis blocking his ability to feel pain. This way even should he be hurt he need only wait a short time in hiding to be able to function again.

PK Abilities

  • Electrokinesis- The ability to manipulate energy at a atomic level. Electrokinesis and Magnetokinesis are almost identical.

  • Magnetokinesis- The ability to manipulate magnetic fields. Electrokinesis and Magnetokinesis are almost identical.

  • Technokinesis- The ability to control to control and/or manipulate machines.

  • Telekinesis- The ability to move objects with your mind. Often used interchangeably with the term psychokinesis, however psychokinesis is actually the umbrella term under which all the various "kinesises" resides.

  • Levitation- The ability to cause objects or ones own body to hover above the ground without the use of any type of lifting mechanism.

6th Sense PK Abilities

  • Aura Reading- The ability to see/feel the energy field that surrounds all living things.

  • Intuition- A "knowing" of hidden events, often used interchangeably with the term clairsentience.

  • Precognition- The ability to know the future if those involved stay upon the path they are currently on. It should be noted that the future is not static. Changes can be made today that will change the future that has been foreseen.

  • Psychometry- The ability to sense, read or interpret the energy signal left on an item by someone that has dealt with the item in the past.

Fighting Skills

  • Kanpekina's fighting style is unique in the aspect that it learns from the animals of nature mimicking there power grace a speed and ability to attack. It looks as if he is dancing on the battle field even as he is taking them down....

The chart is the basic five starting animals that goes on much further from there...

    Kanpekina Gijutsu (完璧な 技術) Human-10

In the Chinese martial arts, imagery of the Five Animals (Chinese: 五形; pinyin: wǔ xíng; literally: "Five Forms")—Tiger, Crane, Leopard, Snake, and Dragon—appears predominantly in Southern styles, especially those associated with Guangdong and Fujian Provinces. An alternate selection which is also widely used is the crane, the tiger, the monkey, the snake, and the mantis.

The Five Animal martial arts supposedly originated from the Henan Shaolin Temple, which is north of the Yangtze River, even though imagery of these particular five animals as a distinct set (i.e. in the absence of other animals such as the horse or the monkey as in T'ai chi ch'uan or Xíngyìquán) is either rare in Northern Shaolin martial arts—and Northern Chinese martial arts in general—or recent (cf. wǔxíngbāfǎquán; 五形八法拳; "Five Form Eight Method Fist").

In Mandarin, "wǔxíng" is the pronunciation not only of "Five Animals," but also of "Five Elements," the core techniques of Xíngyìquán, which also features animal mimicry (but of 10 or 12 animals rather than 5) and, with its high narrow Sāntǐshì (三體勢) stance, looks nothing so much like a Fujianese Southern style stranded in the North.

Although the technique is mainly associated with the tiger, dragon, snake, crane and leopard, many other animal styles have been developed, including panther, praying mantis (northern and southern styles), horse, cobra, bull, wolf, deer, bear, boar, eagle, python, scorpion, elephant, lion, frog, duck, dog, crow, tiger cub, chicken, hawk, turtle, swallow, lizard and a host of others.

    • Tiger- The first animal is Tiger. It relates to the wood element, the season of spring and therefore the liver and gall bladder. The liver's emotion is anger and has many important functions including storing blood (xue), ensuring the smooth movement of qi in the body and housing the ethereal soul (hun). Liver xue nourishes the sinews therefore allowing physical exercise. The liver is often compared to an army general because it is 'responsible' for the smooth flow of qi, essential to all physiological processes of every organ and part of the body. The hun provides the mind (shen) with inspiration, creativity and a sense of direction in life. The emphasis of this exercise is grasping and stretching. By reaching up to bring down Heaven and reaching down to draw up Earth grasping is encouraged; which relates to sinews and therefore the liver. Rolling through the spine stimulates both yin and yang of ren mai and du mai channels activating the microcosmic orbit. This is then completed with a slow 'stalking' forward bend and sudden shout (release of anger) as the Tiger catches its prey with vigor while standing on one leg, to stretch the sinews while activating the jing well points at the tips of the fingers, opening PC-8 and incorporating another important Wood trait - balance.

    • Deer- The second animal is Deer. It relates to the water element, the season of winter and therefore the kidneys and bladder. The kidneys emotion is fear and is often referred to as the 'root of life' as they store essence (jing). Jing determines basic constitution, is derived by our parents and established at conception. The kidneys are the foundation of yin and yang in the body and therefore every other organ and governs birth, growth, reproduction and development. They also produce marrow, control bones and the Gate of Life (Minister Fire), while housing willpower (zhi). By twisting the torso, the energy of one kidney is opened while the other is closed creating a pump to regulate chong mai and therefore yuan qi. Fire (heart) and water (kidney) must connect energetically to maintain health. The hand gesture replicating horns calms Shen and connects with the heart by keeping the middle fingers in touch with the palms via the pericardium and san jiao channels. The eyes are the 'window' to shen and are smiling and joyous as we turn to look at the back heel and medial malleolus (kidney channel), also connecting fire with water. In the second part, hunching the back activates the microcosmic orbit again and the gentle skip exemplifies the Deer's playful and fluid nature.

    • Bear- The third animal is Bear. It relates to the earth element, the season of late summer and therefore the spleen and stomach. The spleens emotion is worry and is the central organ in the production of gu qi; from the food and drink we ingest. The spleen's transformation and transportation of gu qi is paramount in the process of digestion which is the basis for the formation of qi and xue. The spleen is where the intellect (yi) is said to reside and is responsible for applied thinking and the generating of ideas, memorising and concentration. This animal is cumbersome and its awkward traits are expressed in each movement. It starts off with circular abdominal massage to aid digestion by warming and supporting spleen yang, using the entire upper torso to move the hands. The arms are then poised to open and stretch the armpit activating the spleen's close relationship with Heart and Liver (Heart is the 'mother' of spleen and liver stores xue) by stretching the flanks. The palms are empty to open PC-8 as the hip is raised to shift the leg forward while keeping the knee straight. The swinging torso and heavy step activates kidney yang to supports spleen yang in heating and 'cooking' food.

    • Monkey- The fourth animal is Monkey. It relates to the fire element, the season of summer and therefore the heart and small intestine. The heart is considered the most important and therefore the 'emperor' of the internal organs. It relates to the emotion joy and its main function is to govern and circulate xue in the vessels to nourish tissues and house the mind (Shen). Shen is used to indicate the entire sphere of mental and spiritual aspects of a human being and therefore encompasses hun, zhi, yi and corporeal soul (po).Similar to the heart, the monkey is forever moving like the flickering of a flame. With the first exercise, suddenly lifting the hands with hook palms up towards the chest, the shoulders towards the ears and balancing on the toes with the monkey looking to the side, squeezes the heart and pumps xue as you release down again. The second part calms Shen by clearing the mind (moving the branch) to grasp the peach (fruit of heaven) with the thumb inside the palm to hold the Hun within. Grasping in this exercise relates to the liver's ability to hold and store xue, while the lifting of the back heel activates the Kidneys also supporting the Heart. The peach is then brought into view but is too heavy and must be supported as the monkey enjoys his find and soon to be 'treat'.

    • Crane- The fifth animal is Crane. It relates to the metal element and the season of autumn and therefore the lungs and large intestine. The Lungs emotion is sadness and governs qi and respiration, while being in charge of inhalation and the regulation of water passages. They are the intermediary organ between man and his environment, likened to a prime minister in charge of qi regulation particularly in the blood vessels to assist the heart in controlling blood circulation. The lungs house po the most physical and material part of the human soul; sensations and feelings. The activation of the microcosmic orbit is again featured by firstly working the spine in a concave fashion. The shoulders are raised and squeezed into the neck to squeeze the heart and pump xue while the arms are brought up to mimic a beak and the tailbone is thrust out. The arms are brought back along with one leg to mimic gliding. The second part of the exercise regulates the ascending (liver - xue) and descending (lungs - qi) function of qi in the Lungs. The ultimate yin and yang expressed by breathing in (kidneys) and breathing out (lungs) connects these two organs to regulate xue and assist the heart. The rhythm created by the up and down movement of the body, the opening and closing of the arms (lung and large intestine channels) and the in and out breath helps us adapt to the rhythmical changes of the seasons. The final stretch upwards on one leg stretches the flanks and therefore the liver and gallbladder channels to balance with the Lungs. The lungs are said to be 'spoilt' being the last organ to start working just after birth and are therefore fragile and sensitive to change, explaining why gentle exercise is preferred.

  • Muay Thai- 'Muai Thai' is a combat sport from the muay martial arts of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This physical and mental discipline which includes combat on foot is known as "the art of eight limbs" because it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, shins and feet, being associated with a good physical preparation that makes a full-contact fight very efficient. Muay Thai became popular in the sixteenth century, but became widespread internationally only in the twentieth century, when practitioners defeated notable practitioners of other martial arts.

  • Chinese Kenpo/Kung Fu- "Kung-fu" is a primarily unarmed Chinese martial art resembling karate.Wudang Martial Arts were created based on the Taoist ideology. Taoism holds that there are basic, everlasting and supernatural principles in the earth which are called “Tao” suggesting softness, quietness, emptiness, unification, fairness and harmony. All these can be presented according to Tai Chi, Yin and Yang, the Five Elements (water, gold, fire, wood and earth) and the Eight Diagrams tactics. Under the direction of these philosophical theories, this Kung Fu style gains good effects in the boxing and sword skills.

  • Jujustsu- A Japanese martial art and a method of close combat for defeating an armed and armored opponent in which one uses no weapon or only a short weapon. The word jujutsu is often spelled as jujitsu or ju-jitsu. It is also known as Japanese ju-jitsu.

"Jū" can be translated to mean "gentle, soft, supple, flexible, pliable, or yielding." "Jutsu" can be translated to mean "art" or "technique" and represents manipulating the opponent's force against himself rather than confronting it with one's own force. Jujutsu developed among the samurai of feudal Japan as a method for defeating an armed and armored opponent in which one uses no weapon, or only a short weapon. Because striking against an armored opponent proved ineffective, practitioners learned that the most efficient methods for neutralizing an enemy took the form of pins, joint locks, and throws. These techniques were developed around the principle of using an attacker's energy against him, rather than directly opposing it.

There are many variations of the art, which leads to a diversity of approaches. Jujutsu schools (ryū) may utilize all forms of grappling techniques to some degree (i.e. throwing, trapping, joint locks, holds, gouging, biting, disengagements, striking, and kicking). In addition to jujutsu, many schools teach the use of weapons.

Today, jujutsu is practiced in both traditional and modern sport forms. Derived sport forms include the Olympic sport and martial art of judo, which was developed by Kanō Jigorō in the late 19th century from several traditional styles of jujutsu, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, which was in turn derived from earlier (pre–World War II) versions of Kodokan judo.

  • Karate- A martial art developed in the Ryukyu Islands in what is now Okinawa, Japan. It was developed partially from the indigenous martial arts of Ryukyu Islands (called te (手, literally "hand") and from Chinese kenpo. Karate is a striking art using punching, kicking, knee strikes, elbow strikes and open hand techniques such as knife-hands, spear-hands,and palm-heel strikes. In some styles, grappling, throws, joint locks, restraints, and vital point strikes are also taught. A karate practitioner is called a karateka (空手家).

  • Hand-to-hand Combat- (sometimes abbreviated as HTH or H2H) is a lethal or non-lethal physical confrontation between two or more persons at very short range (grappling distance) that does not involve the use of firearms or other distance weapons. While the phrase "hand-to-hand" appears to refer to unarmed combat, the term is generic and may include use of striking weapons used at grappling distance such as knives, sticks, batons, or improvised weapons such as entrenching tools. While the term hand-to-hand combat originally referred principally to engagements by military personnel on the battlefield, it can also refer to any personal physical engagement by two or more combatants, including police officers and civilians.

Combat within close quarters (to a range just beyond grappling distance) is commonly termed close combat or close-quarters combat. It may include lethal and non-lethal weapons and methods depending upon the restrictions imposed by civilian law, military rules of engagement, or ethical codes. Close combat using firearms or other distance weapons by military combatants at the tactical level is modernly referred to as close quarter battle. The U.S. Army uses the term combatives to describe various military fighting systems used in hand-to-hand combat training, systems which may incorporate eclectic techniques from several different martial arts and combat sports.

Background
History: He shares a common history with those of Neo, Karega, Natsu, Toki and Setsuna- as in, he is one of the last survivors of the ten that joined Neo to go fight the Kraken.

When the Kraken was sealed up and Neo went to the top of the tower alone, having fully expected to seal himself away he, and Senaste put themselves outside of the tower without moving and then Karega brought Toshi and Natsu back with Natsu having been healed up thanks in part to Sena. Together, the five stood there, and Sena being himself, shouted that unless Neo let them in....they'd just have to make their own door and that would be a shame to ruin such a lovely tower. Neo had yielded, as they knew he would, there were stairs and the such, but the whole place was dark.

He wasn't having that, and so he sat down and reworked the whole place, building a supercomputer for Arclight alone. In fact, that was the name of the computer- Arclight. And after setting up the ranks, he got Neo to grant him special permissions allowing him to travel at will despite his rank.
