**Although not a mark he has Fluent Aphasia Casued by large amounts of time without oxygen caught in the undertow as he was pulled along from his home down. Originally he just had fun with riddles now it's one of the few ways he can speak clearly and be understood....at least to him. -Aphasia is a condition that robs you of the ability to communicate. It can affect your ability to speak, write and understand language, both verbal and written.

Aphasia typically occurs suddenly after a stroke or a head injury. But it can also come on gradually from a slow-growing brain tumor or a disease that causes progressive, permanent damage (degenerative). Where and how bad the brain damage is and what caused it determine the degree of disability.

Once the cause has been addressed, the main treatment for aphasia is speech and language therapy. The person with aphasia relearns and practices language skills and learns to use other ways to communicate. Family members often participate in the process, helping the person communicate.

Aphasia is a sign of some other condition, such as a stroke or a brain tumor.

A person with aphasia may:


  • Speak in short or incomplete sentences


  • Speak in sentences that don't make sense


  • Substitute one word for another or one sound for another


  • Speak unrecognizable words


  • Not understand other people's conversation


  • Write sentences that don't make sense

The severity and scope of the problems depend on the extent of damage and the area of the brain affected.

Attitude/Personality: A well versed actor, Karega can fool even the pros. He's able to jump from one extreme to the other flawlessly and seamlessly without ever giving away a single hint that he's simply acting. However, under his seemingly carefree and happy facade lies a very cold man. He's been known in the past for killing individuals who he had originally started out working for. He's deviated from his original path due to his unruly attitude and lack of remorse for others, but also because of his dark nature which allows him to kill easily and with zero guilt.

Not one to be known for subtlety, he chooses to seem to be somewhat eccentric in both his actions and clothing. Considered to be crazy by many, Karega is a violent individual who will give no warning when he attacks. This violent personality coupled with his eccentric speaking style and clothing makes him stand out, making it obvious that he's not one to take going unnoticed well.

Karega can be quiet polite and warm, fitting in despite his oddities in most situation as if he's always meant to be there he's often well received. His social skills are abundant to those who know him he's the lovable Joker who brighten's up most peoples days and lightens the mood, but this lovable nature hides a much much darker side always rolling around beneath the surface.  

Despite him being well received he has no filter between his brain and his mouth if he's thinking it look out it will come tumbling out making him seeming very rude , but very blunt. He's well known to be stubborn as a bull. If he doesn't want to tell you something, you'll never get it out of him. He'll play dumb or act coy no matter the cost. However, despite these factors, Karega can also be very relaxed and easygoing when around close friends.

At his core, Karega is a very bright and determined individual. While some of his personal morals don't line up with most of everyone else's, Karega is a rather wise individual who, if he's befriended, can be helpful and kind in the moments that it's needed the most. However, on the flip side of that, if you anger him in one way or another, it's possible that he'll show no mercy and will kill you without a single shred of guilt. His friendship is a double-edged sword that can both help or hinder you should he only get bored of playing games with you.

Abilities
Special Abilities:

  • Reiki- The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means “Universal Life” and (Ki) which means “Energy”. Reiki is the life energy that flows through all living things. Reiki Practitioners understand that everyone has the ability to connect with their own healing energy and use it to strengthen energy in themselves and help others. It is believed that a person’s “ki” or energy should be strong and free flowing. When this is true a person’s body and mind is in a positive state of health. When the energy becomes weak or blocked it could lead to symptoms of physical or emotional imbalance.

    Reiki was originally developed as a spiritual healing art. Reiki is not affiliated with any particular religion or religious practice. It is not massage nor is it based on belief or suggestion. It is a subtle and effective form of energy work using spiritually guided life force energy.



  • Psy-Nen- Nen, Psy, Ki, Reiatsu, Chakra....no matter what you call it....is The ability to control his own 'life force' shaping and using it as a weapon to fight back against others. He is able to manifest his P.K in ways that are normally unheard of.  Nen is a unique form of P.K. manifestation among his people due to a unique form of training in P.K. upon testing a child and once discovered they begin learning how to fully open up their minds and bodies to the power.



  • Joker Wild- His favorite weapon has always been his playing cards. Joker wild makes his cards into a nasty flying weapon wither he's holding them or flings it through the air it glows and can cut off the head of the target in one swipe.



  • 52 Card Pick up- A bit of a wild nasty ability he throws his whole deck into the air but it's not a problem for him as the cards are all glowing and then he's moves flinging them outwards as a flying assualt of deadly projectiles and finally the last few he uses to cut down his enemy the nasty side about 52 card pick up? After it's all over as long as he's still holding one card he need only tap it on his hand and the others arc back to him as if reshuffling the deck....



  • Black Jack-Not as nice as the game for sure. It has to do with infusing and changing the properties of the cards themselves, wither one or the whole deck (which he rarely if ever does) The card that is glowing becomes an explosive bomb which he can then throw and it will either cut into something and explode or hit the target before it even goes in and explode doing massive damage.


Ace's Loaded- The Move that got his deck named. The Deck is a specialty deck as in the Aces have small ancient text inside the design allowing them to hold massive amounts of PK. He can either use this move directly or had the deck off to someone else to throw into the enemy.
1. Ace of Hearts- if the card he is holding is the ace of hearts and flicks it up in the air all of the rest of the deck in play being connected to that card go up exploding and burning at a heat so intense nothing remains of the target or the card but ashes.
2.Ace of Spades- The Sword...card if he reveals that he's holding the Ace of Spades in his hand the other cards seem to glow before becoming a sword that pierces and cuts through the enemy.
3. Ace of Diamonds- The card seems to go to shimmering light and disappear as well as disappearing are the remaining cards that have hit a target. They have not disappeared but rather seemed to have merged with the target before suddenly 'blooming' from the inside out with multiple blades of light as if a crystal has sudden taken form inside of the target.
4. Ace of Clubs- The Ace of Clubs seems to ignite as well but as it ignites it turns the targets powers against them changing them and chaining them in a prison born of there own strengths. It's not the strongest of his attacks and is meant more as  a means of buying time then attacking.

  • Divine Family Kali's Dance

**Because Divine Family Kali's Dance is so powerful he rarely uses it but can maintain it....mostly becasue some say he becomes a different person under the Dance.

She is the fierce aspect of the goddess Durga. The name of Kali means black one and force of time; she is therefore called the Goddess of Time, Change, Power, Creation, Preservation, and Destruction. Her earliest appearance is that of a destroyer principally of evil forces. Various Shakta Hindu cosmologies, as well as Shākta Tantric beliefs, worship her as the ultimate reality or Brahman; and recent devotional movements re-imagine Kāli as a benevolent mother goddess. She is often portrayed standing or dancing on her husband, the god Shiva, who lies prostrate beneath her. Worshipped throughout India but particularly South India, Bengal, and Assam, Kali is both geographically and culturally marginal.

  • Dakshina- When he summons this dance if in the arms he holds the sword in his left hand and steps forward as if to step down upon Shiva with his right foot he is Dakshina. In this state he is a Unstoppable warrior consumed by an undying blood lust that will cut down all before him unstopping. In this state he is energy, time flow. It was according to legend Shiva laying down before Kali so consumed by bloodlust that stopped her feeling her husband beneath her foot but no such luck now...now



  • Smashan-When he Uses Divine family he gains four arms and a black Aura dances across his skin. In his upper right hand appears a large sharp curved Simitar. In this form he represents the 'Terrible Mother and the cremation ground' if when he first summons it his left foot steps forward and the sword appears in his right hand. In this state all he touches withers and dies and all that he cuts even scratches dies and ashes before him. Smashan Kali is a nasty dance....one from which just touching him means certain death.



  • Mother- In this state she appears as if a statue behind him Sword in one hand brought down before him to cut down any and all who dare approach him while she heals and nurtures him back to health.  



  • Mahakali- Kali is depicted in the Mahakali form as having ten hands, ten arms, and ten legs. Each of her ten hands is carrying a various implement which vary in different accounts, but each of these represent the power of one of the Devas or Hindu Gods and are often the identifying weapon or ritual item of a given Deva. The implication is that Mahakali subsumes and is responsible for the powers that these deities possess and this is in line with the interpretation that Mahakali is identical with Brahman. While not displaying ten heads, an "ekamukhi" or one headed image may be displayed with ten arms, signifying the same concept: the powers of the various Gods come only through Her grace.

    The name Kali means "Kaal" or force of time. When there were neither the creation, nor the sun, the moon, the planets, and the earth, there was only darkness and everything was created from the darkness. The Dark appearance of kali represents the darkness from which everything was born.As she is also the goddess of Preservation Kali is worshiped as mother to preserve the nature.Kali is standing calm on Shiva ,her appearance represents the preservation of mother nature. Her free , long and black hair represents nature's freedom from civilization. Under the third eye of kali signs of both sun , moon and fire is visible which represents the driving forces of nature.

    As such he can control Solar flames, plants, time the moon's energies and flames respectively....it is his most destructive power as it is said that he can calm everything instantly or destroy everything all at once by unleashing all three forces at once. Honestly he does not like using this form.....It's just too powerful. So it's full exploration of power has not happened. Because of it's strength it's limits are great.
    1.Dakshina Must have been defeated.

    2. Smashan Must have been defeated.

    3. He must truly desire to destroy not only his target but all around it as This is the form represents the source of all power all form creation change preservation and Destruction, as well as time and empowerment. If he does not desire to destroy all around him the first to mean nothing and he can not summon Mahakali.

Basic Abilities
Immense Strength- Karega is incredibly strong, 10 years ago when fighting the Kraken and it got a hold of for a brief fleeting moment little Natsu he shredded the arm which had him and then single handed held it back with nothing but his fists and bear hands lifting the massive beast out of the watery pit and slamming it into the lower walls buying time for the others to escape with the badily injured child then hitting the Kraken with enough force that it sent him repelling up into the air well above the floor seal that Neo was creating and landed on it nearly threatening to crack it and getting scolded by Neo who would have held it long enough for him to race up the stairs.

Enhanced Speed and Reflexes- One of the pillars of his distinctive fighting style is his speed, matched with his surgical-like accuracy.

Enhanced Agility- Karega is very agile, as he can attack from any position, moving as if he seemingly has not a single bone in his body...he can if he wants to freak people out bend himself in half and roll so that he his torso is coming up between his legs and wave.....whats more he can fight like that.....

Enhanced Stamina- Karega has never been seen tired after any of his fights, even after severe physical effort, mental strain and PK consumption. He has been stuck by himself in a battle that lasted six days without sleep and alternating attackers in the end....he had killed them all without breaking a sweat and enjoying himself....earning him the nickname of 'madman walking'

Immense Resistance to Pain- Karega appears impervious to pain, which seems to leave him unfazed when minimal and bring him pleasure when very intense. Though blows still damage him, they can't slow him down or incapacitate him. His inhuman resistance, coupled with what looks like a total disregard for his own life and an unquenchable battle frenzy, makes him seemingly unstoppable.

Formidable Coordination- His coordination may be considered the core of both of his offensive and defensive power. Thanks to it, he can adapt to any fighting style he faces and avoid most of the threats he may encounter. He is able to grab knives out of the air or catch a PK reinforced ball with the destructive capacity of a cannon ball.

Immense Perception- Karega has proven to be able to sense not only the presence, but also the position of people hidden, even Killian's, whose degree of proficiency at it is described by friends as being perfect.  Partially thanks to his vast fighting experience, Karega is capable of discerning a person's potential just by looking at them; on one occasion, he detected a very strong individual nearby and measured his strength without even seeing him.

Excellent Strategist- Karega is very observant and able to guess the amount of strength a person possess, their talent and even future heights by simply looking at them.  Han can often tell what an opponent is thinking and how he will react at his moves. He can plan whole battles beforehand and prepare his victory right after the get-go. Furthermore his deviousness and volatility has prevented many opponents from anticipating his next move, and this has led him to win many battles.

Furthermore, Combining his twisted genius with his prestigious skills, Karega can set very elaborate and effective traps, often using Telekinesis to conceal his attacks. His tricks usually don't get discovered until after they are already in use. Instead of fearing pain, he sometimes seeks it, as a memento of his opponent. Summed up, what makes Karega such a dangerous opponent is his unpredictability

PK Abilities

  • Telekinesis- The ability to move objects with your mind. Often used interchangeably with the term psychokinesis, however psychokinesis is actually the umbrella term under which all the various "kinesises" resides.


    • Levitation- The ability to cause objects or ones own body to hover above the ground without the use of any type of lifting mechanism.

  • Aura Reading- The ability to see/feel the energy field that surrounds all living things.




  • Divination- An umbrella term under which all types of "knowing" past, present or future events are housed.




  • Intuition- A "knowing" of hidden events, often used interchangeably with the term clairsentience.




  • Psychometry- The ability to sense, read or interpret the energy signal left on an item by someone that has dealt with the item in the past.


Fighting Skills

  • Hand-to-hand Combat- (sometimes abbreviated as HTH or H2H) is a lethal or non-lethal physical confrontation between two or more persons at very short range (grappling distance) that does not involve the use of firearms or other distance weapons. While the phrase "hand-to-hand" appears to refer to unarmed combat, the term is generic and may include use of striking weapons used at grappling distance such as knives, sticks, batons, or improvised weapons such as entrenching tools. While the term hand-to-hand combat originally referred principally to engagements by military personnel on the battlefield, it can also refer to any personal physical engagement by two or more combatants, including police officers and civilians.

    Combat within close quarters (to a range just beyond grappling distance) is commonly termed close combat or close-quarters combat. It may include lethal and non-lethal weapons and methods depending upon the restrictions imposed by civilian law, military rules of engagement, or ethical codes. Close combat using firearms or other distance weapons by military combatants at the tactical level is modernly referred to as close quarter battle. The U.S. Army uses the term combatives to describe various military fighting systems used in hand-to-hand combat training, systems which may incorporate eclectic techniques from several different martial arts and combat sports.



  • Street Fighting- Hand-to-hand combat in public places, between individuals or groups of people.

    Unlike sport fighting, a street fight might involve weapons, multiple opponents or revenge and has no rules. The venue is usually a public place (e.g. a street) and the fight often results in a serious injury or even death.

    The main difference between street fighting and a self-defense situation is that a street fight is avoidable, whereas a self-defense situation is not. The other main difference is that the fight is consensual between both parties. A typical situation might involve two men arguing in a bar, then one suggests stepping outside, where the fight commences. Thus, it is often possible to avoid the fight by backing off, while in self-defense, a person is actively trying to escape the situation, using force if necessary to ensure his or her own safety.

    In some martial arts communities, street fighting and self-defense are often considered synonymous.




  • Muay Thai- 'Muai Thai' is a combat sport from the muay martial arts of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This physical and mental discipline which includes combat on foot is known as "the art of eight limbs" because it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, shins and feet, being associated with a good physical preparation that makes a full-contact fight very efficient. Muay Thai became popular in the sixteenth century, but became widespread internationally only in the twentieth century, when practitioners defeated notable practitioners of other martial arts.




  • Chinese Kenpo/Kung Fu- "Kung-fu" is a primarily unarmed Chinese martial art resembling karate.Wudang Martial Arts were created based on the Taoist ideology. Taoism holds that there are basic, everlasting and supernatural principles in the earth which are called “Tao” suggesting softness, quietness, emptiness, unification, fairness and harmony. All these can be presented according to Tai Chi, Yin and Yang, the Five Elements (water, gold, fire, wood and earth) and the Eight Diagrams tactics. Under the direction of these philosophical theories, this Kung Fu style gains good effects in the boxing and sword skills.



  • Jujustsu- A Japanese martial art and a method of close combat for defeating an armed and armored opponent in which one uses no weapon or only a short weapon. The word jujutsu is often spelled as jujitsu or ju-jitsu. It is also known as Japanese ju-jitsu.

    "Jū" can be translated to mean "gentle, soft, supple, flexible, pliable, or yielding." "Jutsu" can be translated to mean "art" or "technique" and represents manipulating the opponent's force against himself rather than confronting it with one's own force. Jujutsu developed among the samurai of feudal Japan as a method for defeating an armed and armored opponent in which one uses no weapon, or only a short weapon. Because striking against an armored opponent proved ineffective, practitioners learned that the most efficient methods for neutralizing an enemy took the form of pins, joint locks, and throws. These techniques were developed around the principle of using an attacker's energy against him, rather than directly opposing it.

    There are many variations of the art, which leads to a diversity of approaches. Jujutsu schools (ryū) may utilize all forms of grappling techniques to some degree (i.e. throwing, trapping, joint locks, holds, gouging, biting, disengagements, striking, and kicking). In addition to jujutsu, many schools teach the use of weapons.

    Today, jujutsu is practiced in both traditional and modern sport forms. Derived sport forms include the Olympic sport and martial art of judo, which was developed by Kanō Jigorō in the late 19th century from several traditional styles of jujutsu, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, which was in turn derived from earlier (pre–World War II) versions of Kodokan judo.



  • Karate- A martial art developed in the Ryukyu Islands in what is now Okinawa, Japan. It was developed partially from the indigenous martial arts of Ryukyu Islands (called te (手, literally "hand") and from Chinese kenpo. Karate is a striking art using punching, kicking, knee strikes, elbow strikes and open hand techniques such as knife-hands, spear-hands,and palm-heel strikes. In some styles, grappling, throws, joint locks, restraints, and vital point strikes are also taught. A karate practitioner is called a karateka (空手家).




  • Champloo- simply a fighting style that takes bits and pieces from all forms of martial arts and breaking (or break-dancing) while making up the rest on-the-go or 'On-the-fly'. The user must have some knowledge of all forms of martial arts to use this ability.



  • Shorinji Kempo ("Shaolin Temple Fist Law")- a Japanese martial art which considered as the modified version of Shaolin Kungfu. It was established in 1947 by Doshin So (宗 道臣), a Japanese martial artist and former military intelligence agent.

    Shorinji Kempo is a system of "self-defense training" (護身錬鍛), "mental training" (精神修養) and "promoting health" (健康増進), whose training methods are based on the concept that "spirit and body are not separable" (心身一如) and that it is integral to "train both body and spirit" (拳禅一如).

    Through employing a well-organized technical training schedule (科目表), Shorinji Kempo claims to help the practitioner "establish oneself" (自己確立) and to promote "mutual comfort" (自他共楽). The philosophy and techniques of Shorinji Kempo are outlined in their handbook, (少林寺拳法教範) Shōrinji-kempō-kyōhan.

    Shōrinji Techniques


    1. Gōhō (剛法)- "Hard methods" or physical attacks which include:


    1. Tsuki (突き)- strikes.


    1. Keri (蹴り)- kicks.


    1. Uchi (打ち)- hammers.


    1. Kiri (切り)- cuts.


    1. Kawashi (かわし)- evasions.



    • Jūhō (柔法)-  "Soft methods", meaning techniques to use when an opponent grabs hold of you. These techniques include:



    1. Shuhō (守法)- "Defense methods" used to defend against grabbing or grappling techniques.


    1. Nuki Waza (抜き技)- "Release techniques" used to cause the opponent to release the user of this technique when they're grabbed ahold of.


    1. Gyaku Waza (逆技)- "Reverse techniques" used to reverse the opponents hold when they grab the user of this technique, thus making the user the one who has hold of their opponent.


    1. Nage Waza (投技)- "Throwing techniques" used to throw the opponent when  they grab the user of this technique.


    1. Katame Waza (固技)- "Pins" used to pin opponent to keep them from moving when they grab the user of this technique.


    1. Seihō (整法)- This technique's name roughly means "correcting methods" and is techniques to recover the body. In essence, it means acupressure massage and simple forms of bone correcting (primarily the spine).

Description: Karega uses a decks of specially made playing cards, They are Unique as he is, the backs are black and pink checkered while the fronts are either Pink suite or Black Suite
Strengths: The cards are light weight, versatile and hold his Energy extremely well. Depending on what he does with them they can become a knife, a 'bullet' or a bomb....
Weaknesses: Standard normal Fire.....they burn up really well.

Background
History: Karega is the younger brother of Gintuku Mugo. While it was Mugo's destiny to become a monk it was Karega's to follow in there 'mother's' footsteps, since she didn't have a daughter, it fell to him. Born with naturally pink hair it wasn't his only 'set back'. Karega had a problem speaking if he speaks normal it come out backwards. Deciding to make a game that would allow him to speak semi normal he was talk to talk in Riddles. When doing so he can speak normally forwards. But all of this together made him out to be something of an odd ball among the other kids. Growing up was rough for them, and then to make matters worse one day a Tsunami hit tearing through there home town. Karega was caught up in the storm and washed away. He went under the water for a long time dragged by an unrelenting current far away. When he woke he was on a shore battered torn and being brought back around by a member of the Circus. A traveling troupe had found him. But when they questioned him he could tell them nothing not even his name.

Because they didn't know where he belonged they took him in and he had no choice but to become a clown for the Troupe but in doing so he became even more agile than he had been before flexible and able to do things he could not before but he didn't do things willing he was a rebellious boy always fighting them on something. And so the Ringmaster gave him the name Hanran. Something to call him by so when he yelled he had a name to go with the yelling.

Years passed as he traveled with them. And they learned that he spoke differently but it was that way with speaking with Riddles that made him such a popular clown. When Natsu, Toki and Neo arrived Neo saw something more in him then a Clown who spoke funny and moved to make a bargain with the Ringmaster and in the end Hanran began traveling with them. They traveled across the countryside finding and gathering those who had great strength because of the single Goal that Neo knew must be done and then they returned to where the Hunter's guild was and upon entering they found the hidden door and went down the stairs until they reached the bottom floor.

Natsu still had little to do with him thinking him the crazy pink haired idiot clown....and basically worthless but he was just a kid so Karega tried like heck to ignore it. When they were fighting the Kraken at first his goal had been to drive it back until one of the long tentacles caught Natsu in the face. It was there Karega showed why he carried several decks of cards he tossed the entire deck into the air made them ignite and then sent them flying forwards turning that arm into Sashimi. As Natsu fell back Natsu could see him moving between Natsu and the creature as Neo moved and scooped Natsu up. Yelling at Han to come on and Han yelled he'd catch up as he caught the arms of the beast and then started fighting it one on one. He couldn't''t let it get to Natsu was his thought back then he liked the kids spunk.

Neo had jailed himself in the tower but while the others left Natsu in the hospital he was the other person there when little Natsu woke up and spoke to Toki and then was upset that Neo wasn't there and Toki explained that although Neo came for a hour earlier he couldn't stay out of the tower long....he had imprisoned himself inside to stop that thing from killing Natsu...and everyone else.

Karega watched as the boy sat up and looked at him and Toki told him that it was Karega who had carried him here for Neo, who had stayed every day and reported back to Neo who was ever anxious about Natsu's condition and Natsu looked at him and said one thing. 'Take me to my father now....Ran." For a boy who only ever called him 'idiot clown' to Suddenly be 'demanded politely' to be taken home to his dad....to Neo. Karega smiled. "Clearly broken and soon to mend, swaying softly in the breeze the gentle tree. The roots run deep and what is old must first go. Before the New can come you know....<3" He said tipping his head. "A little longer must the young tree wait least now it's sturdy bough will break.<3"

It was after that they established the Hunter's association and he became one of the new founding members. Ranked S/2 and then the only reason he even knew his name was because he allowed Neo to go deep into his mind digging for it. Neo has done such every week a little more at a time trying to shake loose the memories deeply forgotten but now he wishes him to meet another who he believes will do better then anything that Neo can do.
