Human Appearance

Type of Build/Body: Lean slender and well toned.
Height: 5'6"
Weight: 128 lbs
Distinguishing Marks: Sei's right ear is pierced with a small hoop and a diamond hanging down. He is always seen in glasses and often gets the nickname 'four-eyes' for it. On the back of his right shoulder is the monkey whose name is Tanoshimuzaru, sitting with his knees bent and his hands on his knees the number five is clearly depicted on its belly marking his place as last of the Troupe. The monkey falls into the proverb of "Have no fun". It is in essence reminding of the immense responsibilities that come with his place and his vows to the troupe. Should he ever be caught he would remain rigidly stotic and non speaking.



Attitude/Personality: Many consider him to be a stick in the mud. Stuck up not liking to have any fun or take any risks he can often be seen among them with a book in one hand and a pen in the other. He gets along with the others but at the same token he is the one who in the end has to make sure they all get paid, their supplies are restocked. He also evulates the worth of the 'treasures' that Kan locates and very rarely does he counter Kan about there worth.

Many consider Kan and Sei to be a team however they are not. Sei actually finds Kan's ability to walk into the enemies base and convince them to eat out of the palm of his hand to be disgusting. Wither they are male or female they all melt before him. But Kan is one of those people who.....fate will allow no harm to fall to while he is one who if he ends up in a fight will end up broken despite his strength. And yet it's that that sometimes has him wondering why the boss does not tire of him. That is until the boss turns to him and asks him about 'revenue and gain' form the hit there about to pull. Is getting the 'treasure' worth the risk? Or is it just for fun and games. Sei can in moments let him know doing the calculations in his head without opening the book. Many wonder what he writes in that book and he does it's all the numbers of the net value of what they have gained and any looses. Then there is the change of members to. He keeps a log of them there accounts how much they have been paid and if they come to them for any 'loans against there next hit'.....and there is a number they don't dare exceed....if they do he has to report it to the Boss and well no one likes messing with the boss.

Abilities
Special Abilities:

  • Numbers- Although it might not seem like an ability give Sei any set of numbers for the books figures and he will figure them out for you. The balances everything. He can in a mere matter of moments have a break down of everything they will need in a moment cash wise.



  • Checks and Balances- Sei works on a system of Checks and balances he can do anything so long as he can counterbalance it. The basic concept of Cause and effect he keeps them living plush lives because he can balance everything in a mere matter of moments.



  • Absolute worth- Sei has the ability to look at anything and tell you if it's treasure or trash, be that a old relic or even a person. He can evulate in a moment the worth of the person and in some cases he can tell you if that person is more of a 'you could sell it and make billions' or it's gutter trash and you can get rid of it.


Basic Abilities

  • Immense Strength- Sei is incredibly strong, ranking 5th in the Route Troupe in terms of physical strength (which is composed of 5 of the most powerful PK users known). He can break a rock and send a block of solid rock flying with a single kick.



  • Enhanced Speed and Reflexes- One of the pillars of his distinctive fighting style is his speed, matched with his surgical-like accuracy.



  • Enhanced Stamina- Sei has never been seen tired after any of his fights, even after severe physical effort, mental strain and PK consumption.



  • Perfect Genius- Sei has a mind unlike any other. He is a genius in the leagues of the greatest minds around he can do just about anything....however when it comes to fighting.....he is the only member of the troupe who is best kept far away from the battle field he's a book worm not a fighter.

PK Abilities


  • Photokinesis- The ability to control light-waves. Subcategory of magneto/electro kinesis.



  • Telekinesis- The ability to move objects with your mind. Often used interchangeably with the term psychokinesis, however psychokinesis is actually the umbrella term under which all the various "kinesises" resides.



  • Levitation- The ability to cause objects or ones own body to hover above the ground without the use of any type of lifting mechanism.



  • Tychokinesis- The ability to mentally and alter stochastic fields, which affect the chance of one event or another, thus generating good or bad luck.


------------ - The ability to manipulate matter in it's condensate form. (Bose-Einstein condensate).
6th Sense PK Abilities

  • Automatic Writing- The ability to allow the subconscious mind to communicate via direct control of a writing instrument held in the hand.


  • Clairaudience- Any type of "knowing" that involved the hearing, without physically hearing. In other words, the subject(s) involved in creating the sounds could be on the other side of the earth from the person "hearing" the communication.



  • Intuition- A "knowing" of hidden events, often used interchangeably with the term clairsentience.

Background
History: Sei grew up going to school and college at an early age but he was always outcasted because of how smart he was and then he developed immense P.K. Isolated alone and misunderstood the boss found him and liked what he saw thus dragging him out of that cold dark life and into an even darker one. And yet Sei works with them liking his place in things. He holds down a 'day' job which allows him to access some information for them but it's nothing like Kan. Kan dances among there enemies all day long....and at night fall....gives them the means of being the most feared Troupe out there....the information they need to rule them all while he takes it and figures out the cost of making it work.
