Hair Color: Deep Blue black hair.
Type of Build/Body: Lean athletic and well built, but it's his mind that is prized most of all.

Weight: 145 lbs
Distinguishing Marks: On the back of his left shoulder is the Monkey of Route Troupe. His right ear is pierced once in the lobe with a small golden post and deep sapphire blue stone hanging down hidden beneath his hair. He often wears his hair to cover his left eye. His left ear is pierced several times going along the cartilage.

Gokei as a teenager about 12 to 13 he was attacked by a bunch of punks in Gravity City which was not that unusual what was, was his innate charm didn't protect him they were perhaps more dark and evil then anything as they put his body through tortures he never thought to endure including destroying part of his face, his eye gone and badly scared under the bangs. He has other scaring lower on his body on his lower back finger nail marks and cigarette burns but the worst was his face for daring to 'glare' at his abusers with that eye. He lost that eye at the age of sixteen.....and after is when Chronos found out what had been happening to him and was furious with Gokei for hiding it and not wanting to cause problems for him. Chronos went after all of those men who for four years had been abusing Gokei silently while he was out and doing things. It wasn't long after that, that Chronos formed Route Troupe......Gokei's face healed but he is forever blind on that side of his face the eye socket collapsed and fused shut.

ON the back of left shoulder is a monkey, whose name is "Shizaru" crossing his arms and is depicted in the image of the proverb as
Do no evil, do no harm" with the number four in the center of his stomach symbolizing Kan's rank among the Route Troupe, and also symbolizing his position as one who Evil does not touch. The authorities can bring him in and hook him up to lie detectors and everything else and find not a single fault in him despite the tattoo as if everything that happens can not ever leave it's mark on him. The monkey has the number 4 on it's belly.

Attitude/Personality: Gokei is a modern day aristocratic, he carries his head held high, gets along with just about everyone he meets in fact. One would never believe that He is a member of Route Troupe. In fact he's the one who 'makes it all work....' that is he's known the boss forever since they were kids and has a calm cool mind, and this 'sense of absolute innocence' to him that even when he's setting up to commit the worst of crimes there is no sign of evil intent anywhere. It's simply because one he can and to, it looks as if the subject of the target would be fun.

Gokei is the one who sources all of there connections can find any information and sets up the hits. Then gives all of that information to the boss who makes the final call. He also handles all business meetings contacting the members and most who speak with him can't help but like him his Charisma is immense. Even if the group is fighting he can walk in and calm down everyone there before the Boss arrives they may be a small group but....Kan can even sweet talk the enemy into believing they are all friends......simply because it's like the taint of there actions does not touch him.

He seems to be the kindest person you'll meet but he also seems to lack a filter between his mouth and tongue if he thinks it he will speak it. If he thinks you are wrong he will tell you so and why. Kan holds himself on a level that almost makes him seem arrogant and far above all of them and yet at the same token he's the most personable out of them all. He can sit down in among the enemy and half a cup of tea a casual conversation and learn their deepest darkest secrets. People just seem to love him....

Abilities
Special Abilities:
  • Charm~ Kan has an unusal amount of it. He can walk into the room and people seem to just fall in love with him. They could forgive him for killing someone right infront of them. Kan could push a knife through someone's heart right infront of the police and they would forgive him treating him as if he was the vicitim and that it was alright.


  • Trust- He has a natural arua of trust to him. If he makes eye contact and speaks to you, you can not help but feel compelled to trust him. A natural gift of his.

  • Charisma~Kan has more Charisma then anyone alive if he walks into the room you know it. If he smiles the room brightens. It as if the fates declared at birth that no matter what he did he could never be faulted for.


  • Blessed Aura- Kan can not by any intention or design be harmed by a series of natural or intended events. He can ride an elevator that is about to fall and the elevator will even in plummet with faulty breaks stop before any harm can befall him. It will suddenly catch on something at the perfect spot to step off however the moment he is off and his arua is no longer influencing the area whatever was holding it from devastating impact will begin again.....and anyone still left in danger will die. He can fall off of a tall building and be caught on something that just happens to be there that normally would not be. They say that some people are born protected by the forces of nature itself.....Kanpeki is one such man.


Basic Abilities
  • Immense Strength- Kan is incredibly strong, ranking 4rd in the Route Troupe in terms of physical strength (which is composed of 5 of the most powerful PK users known). He can break a rock and send a block of solid rock flying with a single kick.


  • Enhanced Speed and Reflexes- One of the pillars of his distinctive fighting style is his speed, matched with his surgical-like accuracy.



  • Enhanced Agility- Kan is very agile, as he can attack from any position.



  • Enhanced Stamina- Kan has never been seen tired after any of his fights, even after severe physical effort, mental strain and PK consumption.


  • Immense Resistance to Pain- Kan appears impervious to pain, or rather often when he gets hurt he'll turn his head and look at the wound blinking and lifting the damaged limb as if inspecting it to see if it was indeed harmed. Though blows still damage him, they can't slow him down or incapacitate him.

  • Formidable Coordination- His coordination may be considered the core of both of his offensive and defensive power. Thanks to it, he can adapt to any fighting style he faces and avoid most of the threats he may encounter. He is able to grab knives out of the air or catch a PK reinforced ball with the destructive capacity of a cannon ball.



  • Immense Perception- Kan has proven to be able to sense not only the presence, but also the position of people hidden, that is to say even if they are hidden Kan is aware of how many people are around him, how strong they are and that is to say he could even go so far as to tell you height and weight. Kan is not much of a fighter but that doesn't mean he can't fight. Rather his skills are more better applied behind the scene then on the battle field.



  • Excellent Strategist- Kan is very observant and able to guess the amount of strength a person possess, their talent and even future heights by simply looking at them.
    Furthermore, Combining his twisted genius with his prestigious skills, What makes him so dangerous is his ability to plan out there next stage of attack before hitting the battle field his ability to find and gather all information needed about there targets wither that is something that they are going to collect or someone they are searching out to battle. Kan is able to gain any intelligence that they wish to have.


PK Abilities
  • Chronokinesis- the ability to control one's perception of time and maybe time itself through the mind.


  • Cryokinesis- The elemental ability to slow down the movement of particles/atoms in matter to alter temperature, possibly to the point of freezing an object completely.

  • Technokinesis- The ability to control to control and/or manipulate machines.


  • Umbrakinesis- The ability to control light to create shadow. Subcategory of photokinesis.


  • Telekinesis- The ability to move objects with your mind. Often used interchangeably with the term psychokinesis, however psychokinesis is actually the umbrella term under which all the various "kinesises" resides.



  • Levitation- The ability to cause objects or ones own body to hover above the ground without the use of any type of lifting mechanism.


6th Sense PK Abilities
  • Astral Projection- Removing one's spirit form from the body and traveling to another location.


  • Aura Reading- The ability to see/feel the energy field that surrounds all living things.


  • Automatic Writing- The ability to allow the subconscious mind to communicate via direct control of a writing instrument held in the hand.


  • Clairsentience- A "knowing" of hidden events. Can involved "knowing" past, present or future events.


  • Psychometry- The ability to sense, read or interpret the energy signal left on an item by someone that has dealt with the item in the past.



  • Telepathy- Often called mind reading. Can be one person reading another's mind or mind to mind communication between two people.


Fighting Skills
  • Taijutsu-  (体術?, literally "body technique" or "body skill") is a Japanese blanket term for any combat skill, technique or system of martial art using body movements that are described as an empty-hand combat skill or system. The term is commonly used when referring to a traditional Japanese martial art but has also been used in the naming of modern martial arts such as Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu. More specific names than Taijutsu are typically used when describing a martial art, such as Jujutsu (focusing on throwing, grappling, and striking), Judo (focusing on throwing and grappling), Aikido (focusing on throwing and joint locks) as well as Karate and Kenpo (focusing on striking).


  • Chinese Kenpo/Kung Fu- "Kung-fu" is a primarily unarmed Chinese martial art resembling karate.Wudang Martial Arts were created based on the Taoist ideology. Taoism holds that there are basic, everlasting and supernatural principles in the earth which are called “Tao” suggesting softness, quietness, emptiness, unification, fairness and harmony. All these can be presented according to Tai Chi, Yin and Yang, the Five Elements (water, gold, fire, wood and earth) and the Eight Diagrams tactics. Under the direction of these philosophical theories, this Kung Fu style gains good effects in the boxing and sword skills.


  • Jujustsu- A Japanese martial art and a method of close combat for defeating an armed and armored opponent in which one uses no weapon or only a short weapon. The word jujutsu is often spelled as jujitsu or ju-jitsu. It is also known as Japanese ju-jitsu.

    "Jū" can be translated to mean "gentle, soft, supple, flexible, pliable, or yielding." "Jutsu" can be translated to mean "art" or "technique" and represents manipulating the opponent's force against himself rather than confronting it with one's own force. Jujutsu developed among the samurai of feudal Japan as a method for defeating an armed and armored opponent in which one uses no weapon, or only a short weapon. Because striking against an armored opponent proved ineffective, practitioners learned that the most efficient methods for neutralizing an enemy took the form of pins, joint locks, and throws. These techniques were developed around the principle of using an attacker's energy against him, rather than directly opposing it.

    There are many variations of the art, which leads to a diversity of approaches. Jujutsu schools (ryū) may utilize all forms of grappling techniques to some degree (i.e. throwing, trapping, joint locks, holds, gouging, biting, disengagements, striking, and kicking). In addition to jujutsu, many schools teach the use of weapons.

    Today, jujutsu is practiced in both traditional and modern sport forms. Derived sport forms include the Olympic sport and martial art of judo, which was developed by Kanō Jigorō in the late 19th century from several traditional styles of jujutsu, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, which was in turn derived from earlier (pre–World War II) versions of Kodokan judo.

  • Hand-to-hand Combat- (sometimes abbreviated as HTH or H2H) is a lethal or non-lethal physical confrontation between two or more persons at very short range (grappling distance) that does not involve the use of firearms or other distance weapons. While the phrase "hand-to-hand" appears to refer to unarmed combat, the term is generic and may include use of striking weapons used at grappling distance such as knives, sticks, batons, or improvised weapons such as entrenching tools. While the term hand-to-hand combat originally referred principally to engagements by military personnel on the battlefield, it can also refer to any personal physical engagement by two or more combatants, including police officers and civilians.

    Combat within close quarters (to a range just beyond grappling distance) is commonly termed close combat or close-quarters combat. It may include lethal and non-lethal weapons and methods depending upon the restrictions imposed by civilian law, military rules of engagement, or ethical codes. Close combat using firearms or other distance weapons by military combatants at the tactical level is modernly referred to as close quarter battle. The U.S. Army uses the term combatives to describe various military fighting systems used in hand-to-hand combat training, systems which may incorporate eclectic techniques from several different martial arts and combat sports.

Description: A duel set of metal fans that he uses to fight with when the need comes up, the fans open close and can seperate into tweleve blades which he can fling and throw around the room.
Strengths: They are great for close range combat.
Weaknesses: Not a weapon good against long range weapons.
Abilities: The fans can catch and carry his P.K. along the blades for a short period of time until they impact with his target.

Background
History:Not much is really known about Kan other then the fact that he has known the leader of the Troupe since they were children and yet he is placed in the fourth seat. It's not something Kan is upset about because his skills are better set behind closed doors and at the base and some suggest that he has requested the position others that he at once long ago pissed off the 'boss' who didn't kill him because of there long standing friendship but dropped him back to fourth. He merely laughs at that notion because he has only ever had one Monkey tattoo'd on his body. Always in the fourth seat.
